Deerpath was built in 1991 and is a 1760 square foot four-bedroom chalet on Thousand Island Lake.
The upper two stories are finished with a country flavor. The unfinished basement has a washer and
dryer as well as a regulation pool table, bumper pool table, and a foosball table for rainy-day fun.
Come and luxuriate . . . you won't want to go home!
Deerpath has a two-sided deck plus lower deck overlooking the lake. Comfortable lawn furniture
and two Weber grills are provided. There is ample parking right by the chalet.
